Bulk Order Return & Cancellation Policy
For all bulk orders of over 100 items, a 25% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of order placement.
In the event of a cancellation:

The 25% down payment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If the order has already entered production or has been fulfilled in part or in full, additional charges may apply depending on the stage of completion and incurred costs.
