At Rosco Customs, each product is made to order with care and precision. Please review our shipping policy below to better understand how and when your order will be delivered.

Processing Time
All custom engraved orders are processed within 10–12 business days. During peak seasons or for large orders, processing times may be slightly longer. We will contact you if any significant delay occurs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer standard shipping options through trusted carriers like USPS, UPS,

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed once the item is in the carrier's hands.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. 

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue, including replacements when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Rosco Customs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
