1. Products and Customization

Rosco Customs specializes in custom-engraved and personalized products. All orders are made to your specifications and cannot be altered once production begins. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design choices before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

2. Order Process

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Production typically begins within 24–48 hours. No changes can be made after production has started. If we have any questions or need clarification about your design, we will reach out via email or phone.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable sales tax.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping throughout the U.S. and provide tracking details once your item is dispatched. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, but actual delivery times may vary. Rosco Customs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and product images on our site are the property of Rosco Customs. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission. You must have the legal right to use any text, logos, or images you submit for customization.

7. Privacy
